Hi,
M45, just seeking an explanation or reaction. I flunked my physics exams, yet I try.
I was just moving my gaming corner and removed my led lights. To my surprise, there was a blue imprint on the wood it was attached to. I really don’t understand why? I took some pictures of it, if necessary I can post it to my profile, this sub does not allow pictures. I thought I had a basic understanding of light and also the eyes/brain and this does not fit into it.

Leds output some part of their light in the UV spectrum. This means the Led has most likely bleached the spot it was aimed at through UV exposure.
Blue is quite resistive to uv light. Red fades away faster. So the reason you see blue is because the other colours in the spectrum bleached away at a faster rate.
