Your pee isn’t *directly* connected to the stuff you eat or drink, that’s your poop.

Basically you eat and drink whatever, your body sucks up the nutrients (in this case *some* of the black parts of coffee”) and sucks up the water and it all goes into your blood.

The part of stuff you eat that doesn’t get absorbed collects in your intestines and your body dumps some of it’s waste into your intestines as well. For example most of the color in your poop isn’t from the food you eat, but from parts of dead cells and waste from your body which end up all being that brown poop color.

Your kidneys filter out nasty chemicals from your blood and then mix them with water and you pee that out.

So long story short, the coffee your drink isn’t directly connected to your pee, it’s directly connected to your poop. But your poop color doesn’t come from the black coffee either, it comes from dead body cells.
