if I add the same amount of coffee/vitamins to 2 different glasses with different amount of water, will the absorption (bodywise) be the same in both cases?

No, your body is only X amount efficient at converting Y into Z. Whatever isn’t converted is removed as waste. Changing *any* of the variables will change the ending result. And water is a VERY significant variable.

The amount of water isn’t necessarily the variable you are looking for. The body’s hydration level prior to drinking each glass is the missing data.

If someone is well hydrated, then it would not matter which glass they drank.

If someone is not well hydrated, the there could be a difference.
