If I’m on zero G, will my organs also be floating around like I am?

Not really, no. Your organs are attached inside your body by tissue to keep them from falling out of place, lets say during a somersault, or when you change positions (like standing to laying). However zero g can have an affect on them because they have to work harder or would become lighter and function with less effort.
