I think it has something to do with your body wanting to wake up by itself, not by an alarm, so it uses its “inner alarm” to wake you up before the alarm. Since it is important, the whole body is extra exited, and this effect is greater. This happens to me all the time, and I am fairly certain that this is the reason. I hope this answered the question, and again, I am not 100% certain, but I read it once upon a time, and it makes sense.
