If space is a vacuum, how do stellar winds work?

I just saw something on TV talking about pictures the James Webb telescope took of the “Cosmic Cliffs”, and it mentioned stellar winds shaping the dust clouds of the nebula.

I thought gravity was kind of the only mover of stuff in space. Now there’s wind in space?

others have told you about charged particles streaming off of stars so i will clarify one point. it is not any kind of wind that we would feel, like on earth, they are talking about individual atoms. the amount of “push” from this wind is so small it is almost immeasurable, but they still have an effect and over millions of years they can have a significant one.
