I remember seeing a post like this before and long story short it’s the muscles that are affected not actually your brain I believe

The brain doesn’t have any pain receptors, but the nerves, muscles, and sheath (the *maters*) surrounding the brain all do. When we think our brain is hurting, it’s actually those surrounding structures that are sending the signals.
