If we measure time by the solar year, would we calculate speed on another planet, like mars maybe, differently based on it’s solar year? Or would we use “Earth speed”?
I think we would use miles or kilometers per hour or second. Speed or velocity is relative based on reference frame, but the measurements you would use are the same.
