You’re referring to an “Aha!” or “Eureka!” moment. Sometimes this will cause a sense of excitement. Excitement may cause an increase in heart rate, faster breathing, shakiness, etc. These effects may be minimal to none if the idea being considered is relatively trivial or quite strong if the idea being considered is more momentous. But, there’s no sensation in the brain itself when a concept “clicks”.
