if we think of heat as energy, what do we consider something like simple ice cubes?

So we consider heat to be energy. But what is the reaction of putting ice cubes into a drink? Is this not energy too?

Heat is just particles jiggling. If you have a Jenga tower not jiggling, it looks like one solid piece. But if all the pieces were jiggling it would spill everywhere and you could not keep the pieces together without a container.
