Blood will travel at the same pace because that’s dependent on how fast your heart beats in addition to blood pressure.

Depending on what parts are missing, the production may be less because there’s less body parts that are helping produce blood.

The speed at which blood travels through your body doesn’t depend on the number of body parts you got; that would mainly depend on cholesterol. And your body produces blood in bone marrow, so I mean, yeah, your body could produce less if you’re missing a leg.
