If you can see a difference between a 60Hz and a 120Hz monitor refresh rate, why can’t you see a difference between an AC incandescent bulb and a DC LED bulb?

The bulb is always there, and on a monitor you notice the difference only when stuff is moving

Additionally AC incandescent bulbs actually flicker at 120Hz making it much harder to see than if they flicked at 60, and even then the amount of flicker is pretty small as it dims slowly, not instantly.

However some cheap led bulbs do flicker quite visibly at 120Hz, and it is certainly noticable as you move your hand
