If you can see a difference between a 60Hz and a 120Hz monitor refresh rate, why can’t you see a difference between an AC incandescent bulb and a DC LED bulb?

And incandescent bulb turns on and off very slowly, relative to an LED or LCD. You can’t see any flicker because the voltage reverses much faster than the filament can react and the glow is steady.
