Because lightbulbs are not identical and have small variations will have an effect on how long they will last. It is extremely unlily that they last the exact same amount of time that is the alternative to one dying firs.

The environment is also not identical, they can have slightly different temperatures. The exact voltage will depend on wavelengths and it has an effect on temperature. There might be heat from the engine or just different cooling.

The amount of vibration and movement, if you drive over an uneven surface, will also not be identical. So even if they were identical to begin with the might not las the exact same time.

Because no two physical things are exactly identical. There will be unavoidable differences in materials, manufacturing, environment (especially with your example of a car’s headlights), etc. These differences will result in difference in lifespan.
