You could use any [tone generator](https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/) or install a similar app. Just keep adjusting the length until it matches that frequency.
You could also use a tuner app, which will listen to a sound and tell you what frequency it is – or better, what note and whether it’s flat or sharp.
