It would be chaos, because we would be seeing in ultraviolet, infrared, radio, microwave, electromagnetic and technicolor 😵

Kind of. Places in the universe where we see visible light also have non visible light. So everything we see would look more robust with light. Most of the universe would remain pretty black. Although the distant lights would be brighter as larger. Also, if one could see all the way to the edge of the observable universe it would glow. There are visual representations with colors we can see demonstrating full spectrum vision, but the actual colors we would see are impossible to know.
