Otherwise, not particularly. There are actually about 50 Rh antigens (antigens are the things that are relevant to blood type) so there will be some small differences between blood types when just looking at the ABO+/- system, but these are insignificant 99.99% of the time.
If your blood type is on-hand, they probably would rather use that.
Like if you’re feeding snacks to a group of 20 children and two of the kids have Celiac disease, you wanna prioritize the gluten-free snacks for those kids that need them, if you don’t have enough for everyone else.
As far as biological issues, they should both affect your body the same.
