Yes, it is just another brand of stretching and massage paired with mystic mumbo jumbo about “toxic emotional energies” and “re-calibrating all your dimensions into a coherent vibrational resonance”. It is as you suspected all nonsense. It doesn’t do anything that your normal stretching and massage wouldn’t do.
