The urine is the same temperature as your body temperature, as it is literally surrounded by the rest of your core body.

Your skin is typically a lower temperature than your core body, as it is exposed to the outside. This effect is amplified in the limbs

Your skins has temperature cells that only measure differences in temperature, so if the urine touches the skin, it feels warm as the skin has a lower temperaturen than the urine itself

Because we eat food that has energy stored inside, and our bodies use this energy to live. The energy is used to stay alive but some of it is lost by heat, and the urine is only waste with water that was heated by the lost energy.
