Your best bet is to find realtors who are knowledgeable about a specific area, even if it means working with a couple. If looking for an investment property, it might make sense to work with an agent who specialized in investment properties.
Alternatively, perhaps there’s a way to find real estate wholesalers or other entry level real estate investors who you’ll offer a finders fee or commission for locating a property you buy.
