I’m new to stocks and after googling only find explanations that require prior knowledge. Would be much help. For context, TMC got an RDO for $2 a share, while it’s currently priced at $0.91 a share.
Looks like it’s a workaround for going public without having to go thru the IPO process (where the SEC gets involved all up in their business and makes sure they are on the up and up and whatnot).
