Over/under. You bet wether or not a certain player will perform over or under the metric. Like you can bet, for example, Tom Brady will throw Over or Under 200 yards in the game. If you bet under and he throws 199 or less yards you win. Same for over, you bet he throws 201+ you win.

Spread for example, let’s say the Patriots and Bills are playing. And the spread is Bills win +5. The bills would have to beat the patriots by more than five points in order for you to win the bet.

Money line is just a straight “I think X team will win the game”. So you just bet the Bills will beat the Patriots or vice versa.
