I am mostly thinking about what you see in aerosol cans at Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
Are they pretty much all pyrethroids or are there significant differences iin their ingredients and formulations?

Flying insect killer stays in the air long enough for flies and other flying bugs to fly through it. Crawling insect killer applies directly to the insect.
Each kind of bug killer is then adjusted for dose. It takes more to kill a fly than a wasp.
