Equivalence point is the exact instance when there’s the same amount of the acid and base form of whatever in the solution. The endpoint is based off whatever you’re using to indicate that the titration is complete, for example the point at which the indicator changes color. Ideally if you choose an appropriate indicator they would be the same but there will always be some experimental error known as titration error.
