The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the federal police agency who enforce federal law. The Central Intelligence Agency collects intelligence from all over and relays information to relevant government agencies like the military, the FBI, as well as scientific and political sectors. And the CIA don’t really have an enforcement arm.
