FBI is a federal law enforcement agency that mostly investigates crime, such as cyber crime, corruption, trafficking in people, organized crime like the Mafia or drug cartels or gangs, and crimes that go across state borders. The CIA is about collecting intelligence through human sources about *other* countries.
