The Differences between Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, and Aspirin?

Chemically, they are different substances.

Acetaminophen, aka Paracetamol is a “non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic” that seems to be going out of favour in medical circles as it does little to reduce fever.
Asprin and Ibuprofen are both classed as “nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories” (NSAID). Both can reduce blood clotting and cause bleeding.
They are really very different drugs, and have people and situations where one is recommended over the other.
