So someone had to take a video and create a gif from the video. The gif is now hosted on some website. Because that website can have countless gifs it needs to generate random names for the gifs. One way is to make a garbled set of letters, and another way is to pick a handful of random words from a dictionary and combine them. So it’s just a random name generated to give the gif a unique url.
