Trefis High Quality Hedge Fund?

Question

I understand that Trefis is a financial technology company that provides investment research and analytics on differnet companies/stocks, however, on their website they have an “Invest in Trefis Strategies” page, where they market/sell a “Trefis High Quality portfolio (HQ), with 30 stocks” option.

Isn’t the whole point of a hedge fund is to invest your money for you, which is what Trefis also does?
