The cap is 10000iu per week but why taking supplement that has 5000iu cause toxicity
But eating whole carrot which has 8000+ iu doesn’t?

The carrot contains beta carotene, not vitamin A. Beta carotene can be made into vitamin A by your body (it’s a provitamin), but will never be converted at such high amounts that it will cause health issues.

What the other person said. Also just as an fyi the cap is 10000 iu per day, not per week. Nevertheless, you should be extremely careful with vit A supplements, vitamin A toxicity can happen even at relatively low doses over a prolonged time.
