What are 40Hz binaural beats? How are they beneficial for the brain?

That’s the gamma range, and it’s supposed to increase concentration. I don’t know if it’s actually good for the brain, though.
If you play one beat in each ear with different frequencies f.example 420hz and 400hz you can hear a secret third beat with the frequency being the difference between the two beats. 420-400=20hz binaural beat.
But theres no proper research indicating any real effect. Even if some random yt artist says so.
