I’m not quite sure what you mean, I assume you mean the cone shaped boxes that are below the wing and point backwards? Those are flap track fairings. Flaps are the parts of the back of the wing that extend during takeoff and landing to generate more lift at lower airspeeds. These fairings simply cover the tracks the flaps are sliding on.
