And of course besides the threat of thrombosis, it can lead to ulcers that will never heal because the blood can’t circulate correctly. (Same thing as zero gravity injury prognosis). I had the start of that after years of two pretty big sections of varicose veins in my leg that were pretty prominent. I ended up having them reviewed and removed (edit: rather had a combo of laser shrink/closure and stripping out.) recently and it’s been a game changer. I highly recommend it rather than wait too long!
