what areas of the brain are responsible for the various symptoms in Huntington’s disease?

I know the caudate nucleus and putamen are largely responsible for a lot of the symptoms in HD, and that the loss of these neurons have a downstream effect due to the loss of the connection to frontal lobe and other areas. But what other areas are effected apart from these? It seems like all sources either go too in depth that it’s over my head or too general that it just says “executive dysfunction” or something general like that. I’m getting a lot more lost when it comes to the cognitive symptoms like memory.

To my knowledge, the cortex and basal ganglia. I also understand that the cerebellum could be involved.
