Crystallization is when a solution is heated and becomes super saturated (where there’s more stuff dissolved in the solution when the solution is hot than the solution could even hold at room temperature) and when the solution cools, the dissolved particles solidify and crystallize.

Think salt in boiling water. Much more salt can be dissolved in hot water than room temperature water. And when the boiling water with tons of salt cools, salt particles become visible again.
