Some is normal, most often when tired. certain types of strokes, some drugs might. Head trauma could. Faking bad (although thats an odd thing to fake bad. I suppose rebelliousness). The sudden part is concerning…check this list. https://www.memorialmedical.com/services/stroke-services/spot-a-stroke-fast if coming up stroke get to hospital asap..maybe can reverse if get there fast.

I think it can just happen after being tired causing the error and just being too lazy to fix it

It can be a form of dyslexia. Sometimes dyslexics get opposites confused (left/right, up/down). This can apply to their/they’re, your/you’re and so on.

The 1st is purely orthography (very odd, but logical) and the others are grammatical, but they are connected in that memory requires to be tapped on all of these. So, it could be a brain malfunction of some kind: macro or micro issue.

Besides the small chance of serious health concerns, it’s generally just that you’re tired, high, or otherwise distracted in the right way.

I imagine some part of your brain disconnects momentarily, from one of the above causes. Your mind might be attempting to focus on two things at once and conflate the two, or your brainpower/focus is just lacking at that moment

You make silly mistakes all the time due to distraction, this is just one of the many ways in which your wires can become crossed
