I imagine a lifetime of sitting at a desk doing paperwork. The advent of computers may lessen that. I’ve changed the position of my car seat so that I sit more upright now.

It has different causes, but mostly from poor muscle tone. I’ll just leave this here: [How she got rid of her hunchback](https://nypost.com/2016/08/08/this-85-year-old-proves-yoga-can-keep-you-young/)

I had a crushed vertebra in my lower back surgically fixed months ago (64 yrs old) and im still trying to stand up straight. I have to lean on things when I’m standing because it hurts. I feel like an old witch scurrying around. It makes my nephews laugh.
