Alright, imagine your body is like a big toy box filled with toy blocks. Some of these blocks get stuck together or out of place, and that can make you feel sore or uncomfortable.

When you get a massage, the person giving the massage is like a helpful friend trying to move and rearrange the blocks so they fit better. Sometimes, when they push or squeeze, it might feel a bit ouchy because they’re trying to unstick those blocks.

The pressure they use helps to move the blocks, and after a while, you’ll feel better because the blocks are in the right places again! So, even if it’s a little painful at first, it’s helping to make you feel better in the end.
