What causes the shakes/light headiness after a hard workout?

I would imagine it has something to do with a lack of sugar or salt in the blood, both of which (I think… not a doctor / medical professional) I believe you excrete through sweat. Similar to how you have cramps when you are lacking potassium.

I mean lots of things? Oxygen deprivation being a big one, dehydration being another

Mixture of things. Insulin changes, blood pressure changes, heart rate increase, or dehydration causing all those things.
