The only thing I can think of is SKT standing for Skater, which means any player who isn’t a goalie. Centers, wingers and defensemen are collectively referred to as skaters.

Would be helpful to know the context – where did you get “SKT” from? A stat sheet, a roster, an article, or something?

OR did you see “STK” which is the abbreviation of “streak?” (You’d see this as a column on a table beside things like: Wins – Losses – Last 5 (home) – Last 5 (away) and such.
