Does it change the amount of water used? Where it goes? Obviously one is for piss and one for poop lol

1 drop is for very little in the tank needing flushing, 2 drops is pee, 3 x 2 drops is a normal poop, 5 x 2 drops is because you went to all you can eat at the China Doll Buffet.
Or preemptively flush several times during the poo process.
That seems to be how mine works.
