what exactly does the two option toilet flush change? (The one water drop versus the double)

Does it change the amount of water used? Where it goes? Obviously one is for piss and one for poop lol

Yes it changes the amount of water used. The one drop uses less water and is for when you simply don’t need as much water to flush like when you’ve just pissed or taken a small crap.
