I admit, I do not relate to what you were saying. However, I’ll take a crack at an explanation for what I think you’re asking.

Sound is just vibrations in the air. If you’ve ever sat near a particularly loud speaker, you can feel the speaker vibrating the air in front of it. Sound waves can also propagate through mediums that aren’t air. For instance induction headphones and those old electric toothbrushes that played music both work by sending vibrations through your skull that your ear is able to pick up as sound same as vibrations in the air. If you are feeling specific sounds, it’s possible that you are sensitive to some specific wavelength of vibration
