What happens to new construction builds without a finished roof when it rains?

What’s the process for when it rains on new build houses/apartments before the roofs go on? Do they just let it dry out, no mold concerns?

After the roof goes on, and the sides are covered in plywood, then vapor barrier the windows are still open to allow the inside to dry
