Does the chlorine kill everything? Does the large amount of water dilute it?

The urine of a healthy individual should be sterile when it leaves the body, so there’s nothing to “kill”.

Urine is actually a mixture of water, uric acid, various salts, and metabolites (the leftovers after your body processes the various things you eat and drink). Some of the metabolites will probably get further oxidized by the chlorine, but, for the most part, it just gets diluted by the tens of thousands of gallons of water present in the pool.
