Googling makes it out to be some kind of certification for being a Fireguard. Which is apparently its own job or a duty one performs in another job during planned shutoffs of fire control systems like sprinklers.
If you’re doing maintenance or tests and plan to have them down, then a professional or someone trained on your team has to be patrolling the affected areas for fires and to ensure other fire safety features (like exit signs) are working, exits aren’t blocked, etc.
