what is a practical concern? I am really struggling and I need some help.

Concern = something I think will be an issue (I’m “concerned” about something)
Practical concern = something I think will be an issue when we try to put our idea in practice. Usually something about organisation (who does what?), method (how do we actually do it?) or physical constraints (size constraints, time constraints, the fact that an object is broken, …).
For example “Let’s cook tomorrow afternoon to prepare a big meal for the evening!”, “Great idea! I just have one practical concern: we’re all busy tomorrow morning, the fridge is empty, and as far as I know you’re not able to create food out of thin air.”
