Active Fuel Management, aka Variable Displacement or Cylinder Deactivation, turns your V8 into a V4 when not working very hard. Great for fuel mileage, terrible for power on demand, so some folks absolutely hate the system.

A Disabler is just a little computer device that plugs into the OBD2 port and blocks the computer signal that orders the cylinder deactivation.

A Delete Kit is a more involved set of parts that replaces all of the components of the AFM system with basic dumb parts.
