What is difference between dish soap, hand soap, bath soap and clothes detergent?

Dish soap has degreasers in it for cleaning pots and pans.
Laundry detergent has surfactants in it to allow it to penetrate between the fibers of your clothes.
Hand soap and bath soap are basically interchangeable. Some have antibacterial agents in them, and some have moisturizers for your skin. But mostly they just smell nice. It’s the scrubbing action that does the cleaning work.
