I am buying a gaming mouse for myself online and every mouse have mentioned dpi like 1600 dpi and upto 6400 dpi. Can someone explain me in very common way what does it mean how much it’s important while purchasing gaming mouse. As i know that wired mouse are better than wireless mouse for gaming but why is dpi so concerning that every brand mentioning it.

DPI is how small of a movement the mouse can detect. “Dots per Inch”.
One inch is 2.54 centimeters. So a mouse with 1600 DPI can detect movements as small as 0.016 millmeters. A mouse with 6400 dpi can detect movements as small as 0.004 millimeters.
But I don’t think you really need one with 6400+ DPI unless you’re a real pro gamer. As long as it’s not lower than ~1500 it’s probably fine.
